Lesson 112: Those Who Remain Unconscious...

Today’s lesson is a good balance between pain and compassion. We are to think about all those people that have not even experienced the passage of pain. They are not open and remain stuck, unawakened and numb. Though we need to remember, each person has their own path. They may become aware or they will remain unconscious. Today we are to write about our loved ones or those closest to us who may remain stuck in this lifetime. We are to feel it as pain and then feel it as compassion.

If I’m going to be honest, I think many remain lost in this lifetime. That doesn’t just hold true to people I know, but people in general. I think people need to live with an open heart in order to truly understand themselves but also others. If I am to feel the pain of others remaining stuck in their lifetime, there’s a lot of the unknown – what do I do with my life? I’m not good enough… I’m not achieving anything. People tend to push themselves down because they don’t feel successful, accomplished, unworthy. I think this also comes back to our culture and being pushed with advertising that doesn’t make us feel good about ourselves also.

If I approach this stuck feeling with compassion, all I can say is that it’s going to be okay! We have the potential to be and do whatever we want to do but limit ourselves with our own thoughts sometimes. We have the power within ourselves to make a difference in our own lives. People can guide you and assist, but really, it comes back down to you and the will power you hold to go out and get it. The best person to help you is you! I think if you can stop being hard on yourself, fill yourself with good intention, then your hopes and dreams will manifest in time with hard work. Just believe and keep at it, and you can achieve so much!
