My Interpretation of the Card
Upright
The Angel of Love looks upon a heart and shine her light upon it. This is to answer your heart’s true path. Do away with doubt and call on the Angel to help you find your true purpose. This may be a time to open your heart a bit further to be open to the possibilities. Don’t close yourself off. This card can also indicate a new love coming into your life or seeing your relationships strengthened and nurtured.
Reversed
This card in reverse indicates a blockage to possibilities to your heart. Maybe you aren’t being open to your true purpose? Maybe you’re closing yourself emotionally? Or maybe you’re closing yourself off to love? Whatever it may be, ask the Angel of Love to come shine her light upon you so that you can overcome the setbacks you have on yourself, in order to receive some much needed or guided light. You may have had a past relationship or person that left you crippled in pain from some heart break, but this is very much the time to bring back your openings to your heart. Know that you deserve love and to be happy.

Conclusion Between my Interpretation & Guidebook
I was actually trying to think of the word I could see in the picture and that was tenderness. That was something that I just couldn't think of but basically described the whole mood of the picture. I think when cards of love come up that they can be pretty self-explanatory so you can really take it anywhere when it comes to matters of the heart.
