Savvy by DB - Pink Flamingo & Purple Viking

img_8158.jpg

People often ask me why I do 3 fingers one colour and 2 fingers the other colour. The reason for this is so that I can do 2 reviews in the one post :)

Here I bring Savvy by DB Pink Flamingo & Purple Viking:

They both cost $2.99 from Priceline and I believe you can only buy it from Priceline.

I must admit that I never wear base coat or top coats because I don't have the patience to wait and watch paint dry.

Considering how cheap this nail polish is, it's fast drying and lasts a week without top coat. Pink Flamingo is a pink nail polish with a silver glitter mix. Purple Viking is a purple based glitter with red specks through it.

They both dry smooth and easy to wear. When I think of flamingo I think of a brighter pink but this nail polish is darker when applied. The purple viking wears exactly how you see it in the bottle. I wore these 2 together because they compliment each other. They are also easy to remove if you're using a good quality nail polish remover - there is nothing worse than trying to remove glitter nail polish and it destroys your nails.

Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I think it's good to test out nail polish without top coat to see how long it actually lasts..... or so I tell myself  :)

Sweet Look OOTD

img_8162.jpg

I have no idea when I wore this outfit though I know I didn't do a video for it.

I wore this to work and this outfit basically displays my favourite type of style. It's more of a classic style of dressing and it's an outfit I can wear out on a nice Autumn day or to a nice lunch with friends or family.

Excuse the dodgy backyard photos. My mum suggested I take pictures other than those infront of the wall.

My outfit consists of:

Silver star headband: 3 for $10 from Diva

Yellow cardigan: $10 from Temt

Pink top with pearled collar: $6.95 from Chica Booti

Black Pleated skirt: $10 from Cotton on

Tan pointed flats: $10 from Rubi

~~~~~~~~~~
I particularly loved the pearled collared top because it was an absolute bargain at $6.95 and it is a very sweet looking top that you can wear so many different ways! I can see it with nice cut off shorts, under a high waisted pencil skirt or even with 3 quarter length leggings. Here is a close up:
I thought that this was a nice look that was fairly cheap - under $50. I hope it inspires you in your day to day looks!
Xmas Dinner OOTD
img_8142.jpg
Ok, so it's a bit late to be posting my Christmas Eve Dinner outfit but the dress is so pretty that I have to share!
I literally bought this dress for $10 from a boutique in Sydney that was closing down. Bought it over a year ago and never wore it. It's a very nice print with pink and black which is my favourite colour combo.
Here are some pics:
Yes, I take a lot of selfies and I don't care what people think!
Hope everyone kept safe these holidays!
This video was shot so long ago when I had family over from Singapore staying with me.
I wore:
Cobalt singlet: $10 from Kmart
White Mesh Singlet: $5-10 from Supre
Was an easy outfit to put together and it was something nice to wear out on a nice summer day.
Beach Leggings OOTD
I really love these leggings from Black Milk Clothing. They have easily become one of my favourites and I think suits the current season here in Australia.
I bought these at Black Milk's 50% Cyber Sale so they only cost me $37.50 rather than $75 but they are no longer available for purchase :(
The top I wore is from Jay Jays for $15.
My sand shoes cost me $4.50 from Kmart.
Didn't get any pics of myself apart from this one I took at Shisha:
