Pink Day Dress OOTD

I wore this out on a hot summer's day because wearing tights was not an option :P This dress only cost me $15 from Ally Fashion on sale. The great thing about the Perth City store is that the downstairs section has every item on sale so you can always grab a bargain. This dress would have normally cost $40.

I wore this with a white belt, white headband, white ballet flats and a cupcake necklace. I attempted to create a nice day dress look that could be worn to high tea or a family lunch. It's very simple and didn't take many accessories to create.

The belt I bought in Singapore which if I remember was 3 for $10.

Headband would have been 3 for $10 from Diva

Ballet flats is $10 from Rubi Shoes

The cupcake necklace was from an Etsy store (which is now closed) for $8.

Sorry for the dodgy pictures - I worked with what my Boyfriend shot :) Plus, I didn't shoot a Socialcam vid for my outfit either :(

I love Ally Fashion because you can always find something that looks good and is not overpriced.

Have a nice day pretties and more posts to come soon!

Savvy by DB - Pink Flamingo & Purple Viking

img_8158.jpg

People often ask me why I do 3 fingers one colour and 2 fingers the other colour. The reason for this is so that I can do 2 reviews in the one post :)

Here I bring Savvy by DB Pink Flamingo & Purple Viking:

They both cost $2.99 from Priceline and I believe you can only buy it from Priceline.

I must admit that I never wear base coat or top coats because I don't have the patience to wait and watch paint dry.

Considering how cheap this nail polish is, it's fast drying and lasts a week without top coat. Pink Flamingo is a pink nail polish with a silver glitter mix. Purple Viking is a purple based glitter with red specks through it.

They both dry smooth and easy to wear. When I think of flamingo I think of a brighter pink but this nail polish is darker when applied. The purple viking wears exactly how you see it in the bottle. I wore these 2 together because they compliment each other. They are also easy to remove if you're using a good quality nail polish remover - there is nothing worse than trying to remove glitter nail polish and it destroys your nails.

Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I think it's good to test out nail polish without top coat to see how long it actually lasts..... or so I tell myself  :)

Xmas Dinner OOTD

img_8142.jpg

Ok, so it's a bit late to be posting my Christmas Eve Dinner outfit but the dress is so pretty that I have to share!

I literally bought this dress for $10 from a boutique in Sydney that was closing down. Bought it over a year ago and never wore it. It's a very nice print with pink and black which is my favourite colour combo.

Here are some pics:

This was a dress I bought for $25 but Supre usually has it on special for $15 and right now in store having a 25% off the whole collection.

The shoes are $10 from Rubi Shoes and then I ended up adding a black cardigan which was on sale for $5 at Supre. But very cheap outfit I must say and it makes your butt look amazing!!

I seem a bit loopy in this video.....

There really wasn't anything special about my outfit other than the black glitter top and necklace LOL

The items I wore that day way back when:

Black Glitter top: $5 on sale from Supre

Necklace: $ part of 3 for $10 sale from Lovisa

Black skirt: $10 from Kmart
