I like Facebook ads because I always have accessory and fashion stores that pop up that I have never heard of before. But this is a good thing because it gives bloggers like us a chance in promoting these stores :) Well that's how I see it anyway!

This is how I found Millificent. It is an Etsy store that specializes in burlesque and alternative accessories.

Like most Etsy stores, this is all handmade and for me, I consider the pricing to be quite cheap :)

Here are some of my favs that I chose out:

Prices start at $10 and range up to $25. This will help finish off any pinup girl look but even if you're not rockabilly, burlesque wearer, I believe there is a piece in this shop for everybody.

It's always a good thing to support local talent also. All items are from Melbourne Australia :)

Now I know I have blogged about clothing from this store on a previous occasion, but a friend from work (thanks Phoebe!) introduced me to this website and it features all the latest Australian trends on the market. I introduce to you:

I'm in love with the glitter wedges that I have shown above. They are so sparkly and glamourous. The range is fairly priced in my opinion and you can go a bit crazy shopping up a storm.

I thought I would list this website as a <3 feature because everyone should check it out and bask in the glorious fashion pieces :)

Yes, that's right, cheap affordable costume jewellery delivered straight to your door! Who wouldn't want that? I present to you:

Somersault Style is an online store only, fashioning pieces that are easily adaptable between day wear to night. Rather than have a physical retail store, the owner chose an online store as this is the way of the future. All the pieces are no more than $25! Great for gifts or to splurge on yourself.

Good thing is, because they are based in Australia, when you spend over $40 shipping is free. They do international shipping but you will need to email to have it organized :)

I love JLO's lips...

So I love JLO in general and her new song for the movie Step up 4 is also a good dancing song to party down to :)

But want I wanted to really share is her diamonte pink lips. Never thought to stuck a whole bunch of crystals to my lips but I think it looks great. What do you think?

Sportsgirl Lighten Up - Berrylicious

So the week before my birthday, I bought a lot of bits and bobs from all over the place and now am getting a chance (or more so remembering) to blog about them.

Here is Sportsgirl's Lighten Up Berrylicious lipgloss.

Why did I buy this? I bought it because it had a light and mirror on it. That is really the reason. Here a picture of where the light sits:

Perfect for anywhere and can be worn during the day and night.

The colour is right up my alley with pink sparkles mixed in with hot pink and a purple tinge. I wear it during the day and wore it on the night of my birthday. It spreads on evenly and does not have a gluggy, sticky feeling. It feels so light on the lips and has a polished finish that makes it easy to wear. It has a natural feeling when worn and does not dry out. The only time you need to re-apply is after you've had a drink or eaten.

When I wear it, it smells like rainbow paddle pop. For those that don't know what that is, it's an icecream with this yummy creamy, bubblegum flavour.

I actually haven't had a paddle pop in years but remember the distinct taste and this is the healthier way for me to enjoy the aromas without eating junk :)

I bought this lipgloss for $4.95 on sale but this normally costs $9.95. Because this is a past season item, the new lipgloss colours and range are on their website here - you will need to click on "beauty" and "lips" as it does not directly create a link for some reason.

I recommend this product to anyone because it's not too bright and for me, pink goes with everything! It doesn't draw away attention to other parts of your make-up or outfit that you may be wearing and brings a bit of colour into your face as well.
