Day 131 - A Year of Spiritual Awakening - You See Your Own Energy

Lesson 131: You See Your Own Energy...

We raise the energy when we ourselves seek out to uplift others. We have the power of influence. So as we open our hearts, we raise people up with our thoughts and actions. Today we are to close our eyes and lift the world up today, just by holding compassion. Seems like a big ask doesn’t it?

As I closed my eyes, I imagined myself emitting golden energy. I was fully glowing and that energy was pulsating outwardly. This energy covered the whole globe and I just asked that if anyone needed healing or really needed help right now, that they receive it. I imagine some people might have felt it but who knows what my energy would have done. I mean, I’d like to think my energy has helped people right then and there. I know my energy has helped others in the past. So that’s the hope I hold for today – that someone actually received my good intentions for them and it was put to good use.
