We <3 Tokidoki

My search for unicorn apparel began after I randomly started checking into every place on Foursquare with some form of unicorn comment. I stumbled on Tokidoki and have no idea why I was oblivious to this funky, cute, kawaii brand.

How did I discover this? Well Etsy really. Some crafters made necklaces involving Tokidoki unicorns so then I started researching.

Basically this company involves Japanese inspired cartoon characters embossed on clothing, toys, hats, bags, jewellery and make-up.

To give you an idea:

There has been quite a few collections that have been collaborated with other brands such as Hello Kitty, Skull Candy and Levi's with the latest being with Marvel.

They ship internationally and have great gift ideas or presents that you may want to buy for yourself. I am hooked because I am a sucker for cute, kawaii items :D

For the lucky US and Canadian customers, you can buy the make-up directly from Sephora here.

I also didn't realise, some few years ago (more than 5) I had bought a LeSportsac that was designed by Tokidoki and only realized just now.

Check them out! I love all the cute things!

Nancy's Diary - A Lipstik Sneaker - Entry #1

This is very exciting! My very first post!

I'm Nancy and I sneaker around with LiLi. Hehe

I wanted to share with you what an amazing day I had on Friday. LiLi took me out to show me off to her work mates. Let's just say I outshone any other piece of footwear in the office ^_^ More people should wear Lipstik Shoes!

You see, it's casual day on Friday at LiLi's work and she tries to bring all the brightness to her fantastic outfits. Today I was glazed in yellow glitter and was happy to play all day with LiLi's unicorn leggings. Who doesn't love unicorns?

We did a lot of walking around (mainly because LiLi left her phone in her car, so there was a bit of back and forth) and we even had lunch at Croissant Express. LiLi even picked up a chocolate croissant for her boyfriend- YUM! After having a roll at Croissant Express, we ended up at Baskin Robbins to try out this new flavour ice cream called Honey Sesame Crunch. It was divine!

Because LiLi's boyfriend was sick, we ended up going to Priceline after work and getting him cold and flu medicine.

It was definitely a nice sunny day on Friday and wish we could have done something more fun than just go to work. I was beat from all the walking we did but at least I knew I am durable enough to get through it!

I wonder what our next outing will be. Today's outfit was a test run for all the future possibilities ^_^

All the black milk!! OOTD

Now this was my Friday outfit. I failed to get full body shots but that's ok.

I wore:

Styled Lines Gradient Leggings: $75 from Black Milk Clothing

The Judge 2.0 top: $99 from Black Milk Clothing

Black boots: $39 from Target

Here are the model pics for you:

The leggings look like they have a wet look and I'm not the hugest fan of the wet look on myself, so I took a chance and bought these. Lucky for me it came and wasn't wet look leggings.

Hope you liked my Black Milk outfit.

We <3 Little Party Dress

I've liked this website for awhile but never blogged about it because every time I wanted to purchase a dress, they didn't have my size. Now, they have a wider range of sizes which is great. This online store I speak of is:

I made my purchases today of 2 dresses - one I've been eyeing for ages and another that was newly released for Spring.

This was kind of a dream dress. Dream dress in the sense that I loved the print - who doesn't love cherry blossoms - and that I liked the print against the light blue. I thought it was really pretty and just wanted it so much but at the time they did not have my size. I looked on the website again and got really excited when they stocked in my size. Yay! It's all kinds of pretty.

The second dress purchased:

I can safely say I was not a huge floral fan. It's hard for me to really love floral designs. What I love about this dress is the use of colour. It is not in your face with the only hint of brightness coming through from the yellow and lime on this dress. I like the darker shade predominantly on this dress and I think this is why I love it so much. I'm very excited to wear this once received. You have the option to brighten it up through accessories.

Since you decided to stop by, here are some other dresses that I really adore:

Remember to click on the pics to be redirected to the website.

Currently they only ship within Australia, but you can contact the team to see if they can ship internationally. Prices range from $30 (for dresses on sale) up to $69.95. I think this is fairly priced.

The owner wanted to create the one stop shop for girls to be able to choose from cute, affordable little party dresses.

Have fun shopping!
