Sometimes when we’re taking on our adult responsibilities, it can become very busy and stressful. We may have a lot of worries and our days can become a bit of a routine.

What are you passionate about? Could it be painting, writing, reading, being alone and spending it with nature, maybe it’s a sport… Whatever it may be we need to think about what brings us joy so that we can be content, peaceful, calm, loving and happy in our lives.

Sometimes we fulfill other people’s expectations on us and we can lose ourselves in the process. We can therefore neglect our own needs, wants or desires, so this card may ave popped up today so that you can take a moment to pause and reflect - “What is something that makes me happy” and “Why aren’t I doing it?”

Maybe we have slumped for a bit and not kept up our exercise routine and that’s okay! This card has come up as a gentle reminder to choose something fun and go exercise in some way, shape or form.

When we move our bodies and exercise, it helps us to release stress. It can gives us clarity and focus as well as ensure we feel good in our bodies and minds.

Now, you don’t have to go out to exerise. You don’t even have to go to the gym. Just take some time at home, put some music on and move.

Notice how you feel after. Do you feel better? Do you feel like you let go of a worry? Do you feel a bit of relief? Or do you just feel a bit more relaxed?

Sometimes movement is all we need to make us feel better.

I feel that this card can mean a few things…

Bravery can mean facing past traumas or past situations that may still have a hold on us. Can we be brave in this moment and face it so that we can overcome it, thus moving us forward in life. It may be the right time to start exploring the feelings, thoughts and emotions surrounding that past situation, so that you won’t feel burdened by it anymore.

Bravery can also mean going outside of your comfort zone and explore new experiences. Maybe you have been too scared to try something new due to fear of judgement or having a fear of the unknown. There might be something you had no confidence in trying or maybe you’ve placed the idea on the backburner saying you will do it one day. This card might be urging you to go past your fears and try it!

Bravery can also mean using your voice when it counts. Could you be part of a conflicted situation that requires your input? Maybe you are too afraid to use your voice as you’ve been shut down in the past. This might be the time to truly express yourself and say what you are thinking and feeling. Sometimes we need to gain the confidence in order to use our voices.

Sometimes we can view our lives as though we’re missing something or don’t have enough and that can create a feeling of not being content.

This card is a reminder that sometimes we need to just be thankful for what we have and can gives us clarity if we are feeling lost, or if we are looking at our lives as if something is missing, we are then not appreciating all the things that are within our lives.

The universe is reminding you that there are a lot of abundant things in your life and to look at your life as if it’s already full with a lot of good things that is already present. If we can stop looking at our lives of all the things we are missing out on or if we feel like there are things that are missing in our life, then we are not going to see that we are already living a truly abundant life.

Pause for a moment and start to think about what is already filled in your life. Practice gratitude every day and start feeling the positive feelings that come with this act.
