Day 40 - A Year of Spiritual Awakening - We Have Been Led

Lesson 40: We have been led to believe...

We have been led to believe in society that bigger, faster, stronger is what makes us feel successful and what we desire. We’ve been conditioned in this way from when we’re young from the words of others, famous people, advertisements, movies, music, family, friends etc. Whatever method it may have been, we’ve at one point in our life looked at ourselves, looked at how we’re tracking, looked at what we have achieved and maybe have told ourselves that it’s not good enough or we need more. There would have been a moment in your life where you’re a culprit of this and that’s okay!

Today’s lesson talks about the Divine leading us to what we need and this may be slower, gradual and possibly less path. We know it in our hearts as to what we need, and today we are to recognise what resonates, and where have we been led to lately.

I have been countless of times led back to the message to start writing my books. I didn’t know how to start because I was so focused on developing the characters first, and the world I want to create, that the message that came to me was quite simple: just write and write one page a year so that when you get to the end of that year, you’ll have a book. The message was quite clear that you don’t need to have every single detail planned out and that it will come to you naturally. So I started on this journey and can’t wait for what comes when I eventually finish writing book one. There are three that I want to do.

I think in general, I’ve been led to just do more things that make me happy. Just get the creativity happening and study going. Apart from this, there are a lot of buried memories coming up that I need to deal with in order to let go and be the best version of myself. It’s a slow process but I feel good things happening this year especially once I fully deal with everything I need to.
